TERMS OF SALE (DIGITAL CONTENT)

ARTICLE 1 — PREAMBLE

Access to the game server is free and does not require any purchase. However, you may purchase fictional virtual credits that can be used in-game or on the website, in accordance with Minecraft’s commercial usage rules.

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one in effect on the date the order is placed.

ARTICLE 2 — DIGITAL CREDITS & IN-GAME CONTENT

Our credit packs (“Credits”) are described on the store page and remain available while displayed. Offers may be modified or removed at any time. Any images/illustrations are non-contractual.

Regardless of the wording used, you receive a license to use Credits, not ownership. You acknowledge that Credits have no real-world monetary value and are not legal tender, money, or a real-world asset.

ARTICLE 3 — PRICING & PAYMENT

• Prices are displayed in USD, unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may vary depending on your country and the payment method selected.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers; additional fees (processing, conversion, bank fees) may apply.
• If the full amount is not successfully received, the order may be refused or cancelled.

ARTICLE 4 — DELIVERY / AVAILABILITY

Digital content and/or Credits are typically delivered immediately or within a reasonable time after payment confirmation. Delays may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, fraud prevention checks, or provider processing time.

ARTICLE 5 — CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge that delivery may occur immediately.
• Once Credits and/or digital items are delivered, they are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

ARTICLE 6 — USER RESPONSIBILITY

• You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a legal guardian if required.
• You confirm any payment is made with authorization from the payment method holder.
• We are not responsible for unauthorized or fraudulent payments made through third-party services.

ARTICLE 7 — WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

• Credits and digital items are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free service, or that content will meet a particular expectation.
• We are not liable for losses caused by external factors (network issues, third-party outages, user device problems, etc.), to the extent permitted by law.

ARTICLE 8 — GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute should first be addressed by contacting us. If no amicable solution is found, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the company’s establishment, except where mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
